General Admission covers the main event on October 21–22. VIP and Immersion experiences begin earlier and include additional private sessions.

What airport should I fly into? ❯
Fly into Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL).
It is the closest and most convenient airport to the Hyatt Centric. From FLL, you are about 10–15 minutes from the venue depending on traffic.
You could fly into Miami International Airport, but unless you enjoy adding significant commute time, FLL is your best option.
Are travel and accommodations included? ❯
No. Travel and hotel accommodations are not included in your ticket purchase.
We recommend staying at the Hyatt Centric to be fully immersed in the experience. Room block details will be provided after ticket purchase.
Is the event recorded? ❯
Yes. The main stage sessions will be recorded and shared with attendees after the event.
That said, this is an in-room experience. The breakthroughs, the proximity, the conversations, and the energetic shifts happen live. The recording is a bonus. The real power is being physically present.
What is your refund policy? ❯
All ticket purchases are final. No refunds will be issued.
This is a curated, capacity-controlled experience and every seat impacts the design of the room. Once you claim your spot, it is yours.
If you are unable to attend, you may request a ticket transfer to another attendee with written approval from our team before October 1. After that date, transfers cannot be accommodated due to event logistics.

If a named storm or government-declared emergency makes travel unsafe or the venue unavailable, the event will be rescheduled. Your ticket will automatically transfer to the new dates. No refunds will be issued due to weather-related rescheduling.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your flights and accommodations to protect your investment.
